on 11/2/09 at 6:49pmSince you're planning on extended breastfeeding, there's no rush to increase solids. Actually, the more solids you introduce, the more baby is beginning to wean. He will replace BF sessions with solid foods, and really, your BM is still nutritionally superior over all starter solids. Your milk is capable of sustaining him alone until he's a year old.

on 11/5/09 at 6:36pmHe gets all he needs from you mamma!!! He actaully does not need to eat other foods until a year old. Right now is just practice! Keep up the Breastfeeding! IT is the best thing you can do for your child.
