I was given a Kindle, its nothing fancy just the one you see for $79. I used to read years ago and stop for many reasons, main reason school has consumed me. Don't get me wrong I have read a book here and there in the last 20 years but nothing like most do. My Dr thought I should go back into reading for my blood pressure ( which it does work) so I am.

What books do you recommend for me to read. Mind you I am up for any type of book. I used to read Jackie Collins and Danielle Steele.

Psssst.. I didnt even know Kindle had games either... hehehe

I haven't read a "book" in years too busy myself, and don't own an e reader so I"m no help what so ever!

well my texas flower, lol you know what im going to see.......its all about fifty shades right now.... you need to get all 3..lol..

My Brooklyn beauty.. I was listening to the Today show and it is the top seller right now. The lady said it was poorly written but the sex scenes was what made it go to the top..I plan to get all 3 as it will be good...

I have a Kindle Fire.. Love it!! I look through the Free books, romance novels, etc. That way if I didn't like it, I didn't pay for it anyway. I do want to order the latest book on Steve Jobs, but waiting to see if the price goes down some first.

lol that lady is an ass...lol...and its a wonderful love story..dont get me wrong the sex scence were a perk...wink wink.....bottom line , its about a man with a screwed up childhood,that dosent know about how to love and he meets a girl that changes all that for him.....: ))

Awesome!! There are FREE Kindle books I would recommend; just look under "free" and "Kindle books" on Amazon. You will need to set up an Amazon Kindle account, but thats free. I love all kinds of genres, so what piques your interest?

I read the reviews on 50 Shades and the average review was "it sucks"....my daughter is reading the series and loves it. I'm not a prude but I wonder if its really "all that".

Check with your library. Often you can download free books for your kindle through them. I love to read and actually work at a library so I could recommend tons of stuff but my favorites are mysteries. I am afraid they would raise your blood pressure instead of lower it!!!
