I'm considering divorcing my husband because of sexual issues...

My husband was great sexually/emotionally for the first years of marriage. We have two kids and things were going well. Then about a year ago, he started to bring up other women during sex, his co-workers, my co-workers, my friends. He would tell me he wants to involve them all in our sex life, would want me to tell them about our sex life, get their reaction and tell him about it during sex. He tells me how hot other women are and how he would love to see them in lingerie. He will also ask me how many men hit on me during the day and if they seem like they have a big penis. EVERYTIME we have sex, he asks, "Who did you tell about what we do during sex?" "How many guys hit on you today and were they hot?" "Do you think so and so will have threesome with us?" And this may sound pathetic, but it really hurts me and makes me awful about myself, and the other thing is, we are both 40 and the girls he talks about are 20-21. I cant take it any longer and really want to serve him with divorce papers. Ive confronted him and asked him to stop, and he thinks ALL guys talk like this during sex, and it's no big deal.

Well, you've talked to him and told him you're uncomfortable with it. If you've told him more than once, and included the fact that this simply will NOT work for you if he doesn't stop, then you've pretty much done all you can. If he isn't willing to change, I can understand why you would want to leave him for it. If it hurts you and he doesn't care enough to stop, then it's a problem. Would you consider couples counseling? Maybe there's an underlying reason to why he does this.

His mid life crisis??? wow... so sorry for you. :( Have you tried counselling though, anything at all before just up and leaving? Nobody should have to deal with that, but maybe a professional therapist can help him see where he is so wrong on so many levels....

That is very disrespectful! No I have never had a man talk to me like that during sex! I'm not stupid, I know guys check out other girls but you don't announce that your thinking about someone else while having sex with me. I don't blame you for thinking of divorce, maybe if you can make him understand that you are ready to end the marriage over this he will start realizing it's a big deal and talk to u about what is and is not acceptable in bed?
