on 6/23/12 at 2:47pmBagels made at home are so much better. I can make them smaller or larger depending on who is eating them and I can add what I wish. They are time consuming but worth it. I usually make 4-5 batches at a time and freeze them

The dough is made in the bread machine, then they're formed and finished by hand.
